To give a second life to objects of the past, combining traditional elements with innovative technologies as 3D printing. This is the goal of Kippot, a lamp made from parts of old chandeliers, modernized in a floor or table lamp thanks to the union of elements realized with one of the most classic 3d printing and industrial materials, the ABS.
The particular shape of the hat, reminiscent of the Jewish kippah, supports a complex geometric shape that acts as a lamp holder. These elements, inserted inside the ancient glass shade, are supported by a base, also printed in 3d, and decorated by an electric fabric cable.
