Tubino is a 3D printed support that transforms forgotten domestic objects into vases: jars, bottles, and glasses dress in a new dress to adapt perfectly to the environment.
The different designs of the decoration, the colors and finishes artistically recall the symbolic styles and architecture of Italy. From the dark stone chipped by the ancient Camuni to the Opus spicatum of the Roman bricks. From Arab decorations in Sicilian raids to rich medieval rosettes that stand out in the White Marble. Up to the affirmation of cement in the rationalism of the 1920s.
Arabesques, bricks, stones, arches, and geometries blend together with marble, stone, brick, sand, and cement, accentuating the play of light created by the combination of the shape of Tubino and the porosity of the material.
